Shipping information

When placing an order with us you can expect your items to process and ship within 1-2 business days. All Etch'd vinyl is made to order. This means we do not stock pre cut designs and your order is made fresh. This is one of the ways we ensure the quality of our products is top notch. Please note, processing and shipping are two different things. Processing is us receiving your order, making it, packaging it and handing it off to the shipping courier. Shipping or transit times once the courier i.e. USPS, are based on the shipping method you select. Most items, on average, arrive in 3-5 days for our U.S. customers.

Returns information

Have an issue with your order? We offer 100% product replacement or refunds on defective or damaged products.

Let's talk about defects or damage and what that looks like. If a product has tears, holes, or bad adhesive from the material manufacturer we will gladly replace it. Our Quality control department is meticulous in their inspections ensuring you receive a product free of defects or issues, but at the end of the day we are human and there is still a possibility.

If a product is damaged by the courier you selected please note that the responsibility of the damage is not of Etch'd but the selected courier responsible for delivering your items. We truly hope this never happens, as it is an unfortunate situation for all parties involved, but sometimes they do.
