All non-custom Etch'd product orders placed on weekdays ship in 1-2 business days.
Once your order ships please refer to your tracking number for delivery information.

Yes, we offer free shipping for some domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

Currently, we are not offering international shipping but we are working diligently to be able to provide you all with this option.
Every order placed with us will receive an order confirmation as well as an email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number from the courier that you selected at checkout.

Yes, we offer full refunds on unopened or defective products within 30 days of purchase.

All refunds must be submitted through support@etchd.co and must include your order number.
A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made. Once the 30 day period has ended refund requests will not be honored. All refund requests must be submitted through support@etchd.co and must include your order number.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
