This site is operated by ETCH'D LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies (hereafter collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our” through this Privacy Policy). This notice describes our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is designed to advise you about how your Personal Information (defined below) is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from higround.co (the “Site”). By visiting this Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
- WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Although we respect and value your privacy, please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
- Your Rights for Residents Outside of the United States:
If you are a European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom or Switzerland resident, your privacy rights are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, if you are a visitor to our websites or other online products and services from outside the U.S., we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests described above. - California Privacy Rights for Minors: If you are a California resident and under the age of eighteen (18), you have the right to view, correct or delete any Personal Information provided by you or publicly posted by you. You may do so by contacting us in accordance with the Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy.
- The California Privacy Rights Act. Higround does not meet any of the legal thresholds which would subject Higround to the California Privacy Rights Act.
- Our Data Retention Policy:
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you request we delete your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. As an exception, we will not delete your Personal Information where we still have a legitimate interest to use your Personal Information, such as enforcing our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, or otherwise comply with legal requirements. In any event, your retained Personal Information under this Section shall not be used for any other purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not retain your Personal Information longer than necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
- Changes to Our Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right to update or otherwise change this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
